Feature Requests

Problem: Users recreate the same filters repeatedly within a view, and switching between common filter setups is slow. Solution: Let users save private filter presets per view and switch between them instantly from a dropdown (with rename, update, delete). Value: Faster workflow changes inside each view, less repetitive filtering.

Currently, only the date picker within the action card shows color-coded holidays (second screenshot), but not when clicking on the Start Date or End Date cell within Table view or Gantt view (first screenshot).

Problem: Common actions (send message / email, view profile, create zoom call, etc.) require extra clicks/navigation. Solution: Clicking a user avatar opens a small popover with quick actions (Message, Email, View profile, Copy email, Create Zoom call, etc). Additionally, add this for @Mentions. Should work across the whole app. Value: Speeds up collaboration and reduces friction across the app.

Problem: Restoring deleted items one-by-one is slow when cleaning up mistakes or recovering batches. Solution: Add multi-select + “Restore selected” (and optional “Restore all”).

Currently, the undo feature works in table view cells but it would be great if Undo did more than just text editing. (undo Column size, undo column reorder, undo completed action, undo assigning an action, undo setting change, undo action card update, etc)

The Release Notes information on this page: https://hive.com/release-notes/ is very useful. AI makes it even easier to search, summarize and understand all the updates. I was disappointed that it hasn't been updated since April of 2024. These release notes are much more informative than the "Changelog" that seems to be often missing a lot of the smaller updates. Please bring them back and start posting the notes again! They are super helpful.

As of now, it is only possible to see dates in text (i.e. Dec 1), but it would be helpful to have a numerical view (i.e. 12/1). You can pick your preferred date format but this doesn't transfer over to due dates, etc.

Currently, the project creator has a color picker but this is different from Dashboard's Project List title color picker. It would be great if all color pickers had 1 consistent color palette.

Currently, the scroll bar is not really visible. Please make this scroll bar more obvious to users even if they have actions that are snoozed.
