Currently, at the top of each column in Team View, you see “Name (# of cards).” That count isn’t useful. It tells us how many tasks someone has, not how much time those tasks will take. We need to see the total number of estimated hours assigned to each person so we can understand actual workload. When we’re planning work or checking capacity, we care about time, not card count. A person with two 10-hour cards is a lot more overloaded than someone with five 30-minute cards. This change would give us instant visibility into how much time is committed per person, help us prioritize and allocate more effectively, and make sprint planning more accurate. Right now, we’re piecing that together manually and it's slowing us down.
