Resourcing should reflect time tracked and subtract that from the remaining hours. For instance, if a project has 8 hours over two days, it's currently set to 4 hours / day. However, if someone works on that project for 6 hours on the first day and only has 2 hours of work to do the next day, they're still blocked for 4 hours which throws off the resourcing view. Additionally, we may plan to spend 6 hours on one day and 2 on the other but are unable to break up the task that way which results in the appearance of being over- or under-resourced. We also have the need to pause a longer project for a day. For instance, we may need to switch to other projects and come back to the longer project the next day, but that project is still showing up as needing time during that pause day.
