Need a way to view who has contributed or edited notes if multiple teammates weigh in. Either with track changes, or text in another color, or user initials, etc. Currently you can see in real time if someone else is in your note, however after the fact, it doesn't appear that there is any record of changes they make.

Hi: I'd like to be able to link to individual occurrence of a note/meeting instead of the whole folder.

Currently, if you want to share multiple notes with a user, you have to do this one by one. It would be a huge time saver if the admin/owner can share multiple Hive Notes at once.

Typing-based Markdown shortcuts in Notes to reduce clicking and text selection. Examples: Headings: “# ”, “## ”, “### ” convert to H1/H2/H3 on Enter or space. Lists: “- ” or “1. ” start bullet or numbered lists. Why Faster note-taking without switching to mouse or selecting text. Familiar to many users, lowers friction and improves accessibility. Matches common editors like Slack, Notion, Google Docs smart compose, and GitHub.

I would like the ability to link and navigate from one note to another note since often times I would like to reference work laid out in other notes without needing to copy that over. This would also make navigating between linked notes much easier

When emailing notes, I'm not copied on the email. It would be great if the original sender could also receive the email.

Would like to be able to move an individual entry to another note and take out an individual entry and make it its own note.

Please add a quotation or blockquote formatting option in Hive Notes (similar to > in Markdown). It would help distinguish quoted text or references from original content for clearer documentation and meeting notes.

More options like insert row above or below, insert column left or right, border formatting, better resizing functionality, removing scroll-to-view on wider tables would all improve the user experience in Notes

We have too many Notes to see within the Notes panel, but there is not a scrolling feature. This makes it difficult to know what is there, or to find what we are looking for.
