Feature Requests

When I send an external approval request to a client, I would love to be able to edit the email they receive with any specific instructions I may have for that client. Most of the clients we send external approval requests to are not familiar with Hive at all, so we typically will send a follow up email with our own instructions on how to approve the request.

It's very confusing for our clients to get a random email from "Hive" when it is for them to proof a file for our company. There is nothing about our company on these emails and often it goes to the promo/spam. Can we please update/change this? Or allow a way for those emails to have our logo/company brand in the subject?

Some users are part of multiple workspaces so it would be beneficial for users to customize the formatting on the emails being sent out. Such as: "[Person] has asked for approval on [Job] ([Comment]) in [Workspace]"

in the popup menu that you get when you left click on your mouse in the proofing space, it gives you the following tools to select from: Panning, note, highlight, free hand, free hand highlight, free text, insert text, and replace text. The last 3 I never use, I use highlight pretty rarely, and I SOMETIMES use the note tool. Panning and free hand I use quite a bit. I use the rectangle tool, line tool, arrow tool, and polyline probably most often. It would be super helpful to have a way to personalize this popup so that any user could insert their top 5 or 6 tools. What are the possibilities of having that sort of functionality?

When Due Dates are on proofs, they don't come through to the email. For external approvers, this doesn't let them know when this is actually due.

The annotating features for reviewing and approving proofs is not easy to use on a mobile device. The tools are all too small and the comment bar takes up half of the screen once you make a first selection. Then, it's impossible to get back to the proof without making a bunch of annotations or exiting out of the page all together.

Allow links to frame.io for complex video uploads – so a reviewer goes straight into frame.io – OR Hive has a frame.io style commenting feature AND/OR a feature whereby (say) a Dropbox link to a video can be seen and commented on inside Hive Approvals.

We have a proof with annotations but need to upload a new version of the file and still would like to keep the annotations on the new version
