Finding a proof in an ocean of action cards is challenging unless you know the exact title of the card you're looking for. Sometimes though - there are dozens of proofs in one project OR in a summary view...and there's no visible way to see which cards have a proof inside them. Can we show an icon to denote there's a proof in motion when in card view and other views to easily figure out where we can jump in and see progress / collaborate?

It would be very useful to be able to include hyperlinked documents/images etc. in the Notes when submitting Approvals. Sometimes we need to refer to a master document in Dropbox or show a webpage with an example and it would be nice to make that available to our team with a click.

The Approval App only shows approvals by project. It would be great if there was a dashboard that shows all proofs awaiting approvals as we tend to have multiple proofs within a project so would be good to track the status of all of them.

As a user, I want to be able to access Approval Data (Approver, Stage, Round) via the Summary View. The Summary View provides a more user friendly view, and enables us to filter by specific labels, which cant be done via Approvals View. However, there is currently no functionality to add approval data related columns.

For approvals and dependencies set up on Action Card Templates it would be helpful if these would follow a recurrence set up on the action card the template is applied to. When we have a recurring action card that a template is applied to the approval and dependencies do not populate on future instances of the occurrence even though they are on the template. Have to go in each month and add these to the action card. Leave room for mistakes, and missed actions.

Would be nice to have the ability to view in a column how long it took a approval workflow to be completed. This would be a great way to understand how long approvals for like actions take to set expectations.

Ability to see what's outstanding in approval queue by seeing what needs my approval and what i'm waiting on approval. As well as a quick way to see in Table View the approval status of actions.

Allow Gifs to play in the proofing area

Currently, no notification exists to inform the proof creator that a stage or round is complete. This is especially needed when there is only one stage or round and the proof creator wants to be alerted when it's ready for them to pick back up.

The annotating features for reviewing and approving proofs is not easy to use on a mobile device. The tools are all too small and the comment bar takes up half of the screen once you make a first selection. Then, it's impossible to get back to the proof without making a bunch of annotations or exiting out of the page all together.
