Feature Requests

Currently, no notification exists to inform the proof creator that a stage or round is complete. This is especially needed when there is only one stage or round and the proof creator wants to be alerted when it's ready for them to pick back up.

Basic keyboard shortcuts when viewing video assets would be great - such as play button via spacebar to be able to start play and pause.

When I send an external approval request to a client, I would love to be able to edit the email they receive with any specific instructions I may have for that client. Most of the clients we send external approval requests to are not familiar with Hive at all, so we typically will send a follow up email with our own instructions on how to approve the request.

We make presentations in Google Slides and want to be able to run them through the Approvals tool to share with clients. It would be really helpful if you could automatically take the Google Slides file and upload it as a PDF like you can with microsoft files.

It would be great feature to provide a proofer that can add an url to markup. A good example is https://www.markup.io .

As a user if I upload a new proof (or document) to an action card or sub action card, I should be able to move that document or proof to another action card or sub action card

It would be great if there was a feature where a user could gain stat on approval and action card details. Such as, Number of approval rounds/stages that have specific label, number of approval rounds/stages that was assigned to a user, etc.

The Approval App only shows approvals by project. It would be great if there was a dashboard that shows all proofs awaiting approvals as we tend to have multiple proofs within a project so would be good to track the status of all of them.

Please can you create an action card option that automatically updates the card thumbnail to show the latest image in proofing and approvals. This would save us having to upload work twice - to the proofing tool and as an attachment - in order to get the appropriate image on the thumbnail.

Currently, an action card doesn't always show a thumbnail image when it has a proof uploaded. It would be great to make it consistent and show the image for all proofs.
