Please implement an automated editorial checker aligned to the AMA Style Guide across our content workflows. Objective: Ensure consistent application of AMA standards (grammar, punctuation, abbreviations, units, references, etc.) and reduce manual QC effort prior to final delivery. Scope / Requirements: Automated review of content for AMA style compliance Ability to integrate within our existing workflow (Google Drive, Hive, Veeva where applicable) Flagging and/or suggested corrections for editorial inconsistencies Scalable solution that can be applied across multiple accounts and content types Desired Outcome: A streamlined, reliable editorial QA step that improves consistency, reduces manual review time, and supports medical/legal accuracy standards.

Allowing side-by-side views of the newest version and the previous version will allow users to compare and contrast their files as updates are being made.

When clicking on comment from the bell, go directly to the comment. Difficult to navigate through ALL comments to find the new one. Or have the New comment at the top of the feed.

A way to generate a Proofing link that always surfaces the latest version of a Proof

The annotating features for reviewing and approving proofs is not easy to use on a mobile device. The tools are all too small and the comment bar takes up half of the screen once you make a first selection. Then, it's impossible to get back to the proof without making a bunch of annotations or exiting out of the page all together.

The Approval App only shows approvals by project. It would be great if there was a dashboard that shows all proofs awaiting approvals as we tend to have multiple proofs within a project so would be good to track the status of all of them.

Approval Tab: please dont shut down the whole app!

It would be great if there was a feature where a user could gain stat on approval and action card details. Such as, Number of approval rounds/stages that have specific label, number of approval rounds/stages that was assigned to a user, etc.
