We currently use Approvals extensively for website reviews. It would be very helpful if we could create Actions directly from annotations, rather than having to use comments only.

While comments do have a status, outstanding comments remain relatively hidden within the Approvals interface, making it harder to keep track of what still needs to be done.

A simple solution might be to add an option in the Annotations column to create an Action from a comment or link it to an existing Action.

Ideally, the comment text could automatically be carried over as the Action description. This would make it much easier to turn review feedback directly into trackable tasks without duplicating information.

Even better would be the option to select a screenshot or snapshot area when creating the Action and have it automatically included in the Action as well.
