Project Overview should include a reusable Hours by Person widget on every project, so we can see workload burn without leaving the project or building a separate Dashboard. The widget should be scoped to the current project and update automatically from action estimates and logged time. For each person working on the project it should show: Estimated hours assigned to that person Actual hours logged or burned Remaining hours Percentage of estimated hours used It should: Be available consistently across all projects Support sorting by person, estimated hours, actual hours, or remaining hours Clearly distinguish estimated hours from actual hours Respect project permissions and member visibility This is essential for project planning, workload management, and checking whether each person’s allocated hours are being consumed as expected. Requiring a separate Dashboard makes the information harder to access and keeps Overview from being a complete project-health summary.
