Please enhance the Hive Trash Bin so it includes all documents deleted by users, not only deleted actions or selected items. The Trash Bin should include a clear deletion history showing: Document name Document type User who deleted the document Date and time deleted, preferably in Philippine Standard Time Original location, such as project, notebook, folder, or workspace area Related users or collaborators, if applicable Deleted documents should remain available in the Trash Bin for 30 days before permanent deletion. During this period, users should be able to recover them. Please also add recovery features similar to the existing action deletion recovery features, including: Restore deleted documents to their original location Preview deleted documents before restoring Show who deleted the document and when Allow workspace admins or authorized users to recover deleted documents Notify users before documents are permanently deleted after 30 days

With the new change, action attachments open up in a preview directly in Hive and not in a separate browser tab as before. For users who are using Hive together with external extensions, this isn't really comfortable anymore. Also, file preview takes up the entire Hive screen, blocking the action card data as well. Clicking X in the upper-right corner to stop viewing the file in Hive also completely closes the action card. The previous state allowed reviewing the file and the action data at the same time, which is helpful and more practical.

Currently, newly created subactions default to None section. In this case, when you're using project views that group by Section (for ex. Gantt view), this would show subactions separated from the parent card because their sections differ. This requires manual action each time to assign subactions to the same section.

Some users just need access to complete an action here or there throughout the project, but do not need to receive notifications of all actions in the project or even be able to see all actions inside the project. It would be great to be able to apply external users similar to the functionality in Proofing and Approvals, where proofs can be assigned to an email address.

When assigning a placeholder, we are prompted: "Would you like to set the placeholder to [selected assignee] for all actions in this project?" This means placeholders are always applied project-wide, limiting flexibility. In many cases, teams do not yet know who will take over a specific action within a given project. A more granular placeholder assignment would improve task delegation and would allow for greater flexibility in team collaboration. Please introduce an option to assign placeholders only for the current action rather than all actions in the project.

Currently, status order can be manually changed as desired; however, when having a large number of statuses across a large number of projects, it is difficult to rearrange all of them manually. To make things easier for employees, it would be great to have an option to sort statuses alphabetically in project views and the action modal.

It would be really helpful if the comments section showed when someone is typing, like slack.

Problem: Archived sub-actions disappear from the modal, making it hard to reference past work. Solution: Add “Show archived” toggle, collapsed by default. Value: Better context and auditability without clutter.

People expect recurring actions to follow the same holiday rules as normal scheduling: if an action is assigned to someone who is not on a given holiday calendar, that day should not be treated as that person’s holiday. Today, when Hive generates recurring instances, it snaps dates using the full workspace holiday map and does not pass assignees into the working-day check. So any workspace holiday can shift or affect instance dates, even when the assignee is not on that calendar. That feels wrong next to the timeline and other flows that use per-assignee holiday membership.

A few of the cards I have created have multiple labels attached to them. When I filtered and excluded one label, the cards with multiple labels attached including the one filter remained unchanged. There should be a feature that allows you to choose to be able to filter out cards with multiple labels when selecting just one label.
