Feature Requests

For many projects that go multi-month but not an entire year the gant view is difficult to use to step back and look at the project as a whole. With yearly view, it's to broad of a view and monthly doesn't show enough. Considering adding some of these options: "Next 3 months" "Next 6 months" "Fit to project" - which would make the scale to fit the whole project based on project dates. Allow the user to input start date and end date to show in the scale view

Sometime I need to paste a quote from someone else (e.g the email of a client) and I need to differentiate it from the other text in a message, comment, description etc. Ideally this could be done by implementing markdown so that I would type this > this paragraph should appear as a blockquote, > which means slightly indented > and with a vertical line replacing the ">" signs Normally (e.g in slack) you can just open a block quote by marking two or three lines withe "> ", for example: > > and then whatever text you paste in it stays in the blockquote even if it contains many more lines Specifically I need this in Gannt Project task's description and comments but it wouldn't hurt to having it everywhere Reference for markdown syntax: https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/

I would like Gantt charts to be able to be grouped by Project, then by an additional subcategory such as Label so that organization of the project is maintained. Especially useful for nested projects, or looking at the calendar for a team, project or company.

Import excel templates to adjust dates & project layout

Right now, Gantt numbers actions as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. I'd like them to just be 1, 2, 3, etc.

Fixed/static WBS numbers will allow consistent identification of project actions. As actions move in a project, uses could be given an option to maintain the WBS number or to renumber the action. Actions could then be referenced by WBS, and action lists could be sorted by WBS.

Show and sort by priority in Gantt view allows users to work with it as a "to-to" list and visually see and prioritize tasks in that view.

Option to change the section title to same color as section gantt bar.

The text does not wrap when creating the Project/Action description. This is a problem when exporting the timeline as the full task cannot be seen. This affects clients or third party partners that we're sending the timeline to as a PDF
