Show and sort by priority in Gantt view allows users to work with it as a "to-to" list and visually see and prioritize tasks in that view.

Yes Please! I came to request the same thing. This was requested five years ago and it's still not an option?!?!
-I would like to option to display Priority Level in a column while in Gantt view. This would be incredibly helpful for projects with action cards that are more like a living document and need ongoing work without date deadlines.
