In general, Hive does not allow timesheets to go from "Approved" to "Unsubmitted" because there's a need to lock down timesheets as finalized once approved. This is expected and fine for most cases. But there are unique cases, specifically for Project Owners and Managers, where their timesheets auto approve in cases where it would go to themselves for approval. Currently, there’s no “undo” option for Managers or Project Owners when submitting their own time as the timesheets auto approve. If they make a mistake, they have to delete the entire timesheet and start over, rather than simply moving their own submission to “Unsubmitted” to make edits. The ask: If the current user was the submitter AND approver of a timesheet, allow them to "undo" the submission, moving it back to "Unsubmitted" so they can make edits without having to start from scratch. Once edits are made and the time is resubmitted, follow the normal auto approve flow.

Many of my designers constantly switch between projects during their day and find it annoying that they have to open the entire Hive window to adjust what action they are tracking their time against. They've mentione numerous times that a pop-out timer that can sit over other windows on their desktop would be very useful, even more so if it included a list of projects/actions they were assigned to so they can easily switch between actions or projects to better track their time during the day.

Currently, when you add a Time Off on top of existing Assignment in Resourcing, the time gets added. It would be very helpful if the assignment time gets equally divided to non-time off dates/weeks.

We use the API quite extensively and when a project is archived, the "Parent Project" metadata field defaults to the "Project Name". It would be super useful if the true parent project is maintained.

When filling your Timesheet you’re always working towards the Total hours for the day/week and having that row fixed ( or having that option ) would make it less tricky.

We work with clients who require timesheet reports including a description of what we were doing - more involved than just the task. A place where you could add notes to each time entry would be amazing.

Currently, the Total time tracked & Estimate time cells are not adding up in Table view. Since they're adding up when you open the action card, they should be adding up in Table View as well.

My team tracks all of our time, both time spent on specific projects as well as time spent on general office responsibilities. Our time-tracking categories for project-based time versus general tasks are varied. It would be helpful if in the time tracking app, we could apply only certain categories to certain projects.

When users enter backdated time to their time tracking, we need to have a record of the date on which the time was entered.
