Having optional Reviewer will allow a proof to continue if not all reviewers participate.
In addition to that at least have a way for an number of approves so if at least 2 people approve let the proof continue to the next group

Jon Harlow Our team is running into this a lot - especially with our leadership. They're not always at their desks to review/approve but they still want to be aware of what's going through. Would be great to make them an optional reviewer or even be able to mark a decision on their behalf when they verbally review/approve and can't make it into the system.

If optional reviewer isn't possible, then perhaps a bypass option in addition to the delete (rubbish pail)? It would be helpful to track which reviewers aren't responding to review requests.
