In Resourcing, including the year in the top navigation with the day date range would be helpful to see. Right now it only shows the year in week and month view. When working in day view it gets confusing when trying to plan ahead. For example, when building out time off/holidays, project allocation, etc. in advance it reduces efficiency since you have to go back to "Today" repeatedly to figure out where you are.
