We need you to create an automatic notification system that lets people know that their job has been received, something like a receipt of their ticket with a link to their submission. Currently, they feel like their job goes into an abyss. Our temporary solution is to copy and paste a copy of their job into an email and notify them that way. But that is added time and work that is really unnecessary. We also need for "comments" or other updates to be sent to the submitter. The email system you have inside the job is useful, yet clunky.
