Add Proper Messaging For Feature Sets Not Available on Mobile Devices

Provide appropriate messages in the Hive UI if functionality that is available in the Desktop/Laptop Form Factor is not available as part of Mobile Device Form Factors (Tablets and Mobile Phones). Rather than displaying a generic error message (e.g. "Something went wrong"), make the message state something to the effect of, "This functionality / feature / widget is not available on this device type."
