I find jumping into the action card to view and add comments a jarring workflow.

I'd like tables to have a column for comments as an Icon in table view. There is already an Icon for comments on the card layouts.

Desired Behavior:

Click on comment Icon, a popup appears showing comments only - as opposed to everything in the action. This should work in table views or when clicking comments Icon on a card. (The edit action popup should still show comments along with everything else as it currently does.)
