I am constantly bombarding my coworkers with a separate notification when I set time, project, etc. It would be great to be able to in an easy way set what should give notification and not (ex not when setting/changing project), preferably also from mobile.

It would be great if there was some type of delay setting for notifications. Currently, people get pinged with each change that is made, even if that change is an error and is quickly undone.

When a second email gets sent to users, the email says "Review your proof". Please include Reminder and include info of the approval. Also, it would be great if the reminder email mirrors the first email.

Will avoid any confusion if there are similarly named actions across projects

It would be useful if the logo would differentiate between tasks and chat messages. We use chat often. Currently we have to open the program to see if there are any chat messages available. Usually chat messages can be more urgent, so it would be good to be able to glance at the icon

Currently, the notification number badge on the Desktop app is only triggered by notifications from the Me/Mentions tabs in the Notification Bell, but we'd like it to work for regular direct/group messages (without @mentions) as well. Now, the behavior seems counter-intuitive to how most other texting/message systems work.

Please include a real-time notification badge count in your App icon. Just like in the attached photos, Hive app icon pinned in taskbar should include tiny red notification badges that show the number of unread messages in an app, and it must be real-time so users will be notified of the unread mentions, messages, and tasks while they are away from the Hive window.

Currently, the macOS Dock notification seems to be working for some users. Some users are seeing the number of notifications for unread notifications, some users do not see any red notification in the Dock, some users are seeing red notification but has all of their notifications read. It would be helpful if the Dock notification was consistent across Hive users.

Can we add reminders into Hive? We can schedule some text (in future something like note) with time to remind. For example next flow: teammate asking to do something today via messenger, ask is not too big to be an action card . We select this message and mark to remind us after N time. Also add ability to create our custom reminders.

Right now, when clicking 'View in Hive' from an email, it attempts to open in the Hive App. This is causing confusion with anyone who has not installed the app on that particular device. As a result, notifications are being ignored as the user cannot follow up and find the appropriate action card easily. Because everyone has a browser available, and not everyone has the app, defaulting to a browser would provide a much better user experience and assist with platform adoption.
