I am constantly bombarding my coworkers with a separate notification when I set time, project, etc. It would be great to be able to in an easy way set what should give notification and not (ex not when setting/changing project), preferably also from mobile.

I don't think draft mode is what we are asking. we are looking for a way and the ability to subscribe/unsubscribe to specific actions (not just project bases); there are tasks we want to be able to follow closely and some tasks could be muted. Not all the tasks that could be muted are drafts.

This is what "Draft Mode" will do (https://help.hive.com/en/articles/3340568-mute-notifications-using-draft-mode):
— No notifications regarding this project will go out to members until you exit project draft mode.
— Exiting draft mode will send a single notification to the assignees of the action cards in the project.

Maria Steger: So even if I want to adjust existing projects with existing action cards, draft mode is the only way to do that without bombarding coworkers with notifications?

Or, if possible, combine notifications that happen all together into one notification? For example, "Michelle set the due date for [action card name] to October 15, 2021, and set the status to 'Not Started'" or "Michelle assigned you to 8 subactions on [action card name]"
