Differentiate chat notifications and action notifications when Hive is minimized (app icon)

It would be useful if the logo would differentiate between tasks and chat messages. We use chat often. Currently we have to open the program to see if there are any chat messages available. Usually chat messages can be more urgent, so it would be good to be able to glance at the icon

I would also like to have the chat notifications within the notifications area without using the @FnameLname function or in some more obvious manner. Maybe:
My Notifications | Activity Feed | Direct & Group Chats | Archived
Right now the small icon change in the Groups or Direct sidebar area is far too easy to miss, and if those panels are closed up, then it becomes even more subtle.
