In group or direct chats I get notifications when tagged which is great, however as soon as I open the chat the notification gets cleared from the notification window. This is not good as I can open a chat by opening a job and all notifications get cleared and are gone.

The chat notifications need to remain in notification window so I can track what has actually been reviewed and I will archive when that task is finished. Same as how other notifications work.
