It would be nice to have the ability to create custom fields for Risks & Issues that are separate from the project's action custom fields. Custom fields in Risks & Issues are not necessary things you need to track for regular tasks in a project.

In Hive, risks and issues are currently implemented as action cards created via the Risks and Issues Tracker. Once created, these cards behave like regular actions and can be shown in projects or converted into subactions. However, there is no way to take an existing action and mark or convert it into a Risk or Issue so that it appears in the Risks and Issues Tracker. Risks often emerge from ongoing actions (e.g. delays, dependencies, external blockers). Recreating actions in the tracker breaks continuity, history, and accountability. We request a native option on action cards to convert an action into a risk or issue. This action would register the existing action in the tracker and set the appropriate Risk / Issue type, without duplicating the card. Hive already includes a “Mark as” section in the action card. Adding “Mark as Risk” or "Convert to Risk" or "Add to Risk and Issues Tracker" there would provide a consistent and intuitive solution.

Particularly when clicking from form confirmation emails, users in our workspace keep getting hit with an error message that reads: "Unable to Access Project: You do not have access to this project. We've redirected you to My Actions view. Please reach out to a project admin for access." However, navigating organically to the project within Hive's workspace does not raise any problems at all. Additionally, all projects in our workspace are accessible to all users, so there shouldn't be a privacy thing going on.

Since the Risks and Issues now includes Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies, and Decisions, we need to be able to filter on those designations. On dashboards, we need to be able to filter down to a specific record type so that it (1) doesn't take up so much space on the dashboard, and (2) some dashboards are targeted for a specific purpose - having all types displayed is inappropriate.

As a user, I want to use my formula custom fields to sort and filter the values in the table view in a project and risks and issues. This will allow me to prioritise my tasks and highlight key project information. For example, I have created a risk score by multiplying risk impact and risk probability. For the risk log to work properly I need to sort the risks by their score. currently, I am unable to do that.

In the Risks and issues app it allows you to choose which project the risk or issue is related to. It would be really useful if there was a widget on the project overview page to link to all risks and issues associated with that particular project.

When managing the RAID cycle users may need to export the contents of the Risks & Issues project tab. Please enable the export function for this tab to support this.

On the project overview page there should be an area to enter multiple issues or risks for a project. Those should include stoplight status, description, action plan, eta for resolution etc. It would be nice if those could tie to specific action cards int he project if applicable. It would also be nice if those could be included in a higher level reporting on all projects overall with the ability to sort and filter on them. maybe I only I want to know all RED (Critical Risk or Issue) items for all projects. It would also be nice if I could then include other sort and filtering mechanisms. For example, show me all red (Critical Risks and Issues) for project with Label X (for a particular stakeholder) at the project level

As a user, I want to be able to share a view/snapshot of Risk and Issues to users who aren’t project members. The option to share a public link of risks & Issues as with project Gantt layout is a good example of this. I believe there should be an option in Workspace settings that allows us to choose if R&I should be restricted to Project Member or visible to all members in the workspace. Currently, I am not able to share/link users (who aren’t project members) to a view of Risks and Issues, and instead, I have to export an offline version.

We would like to be able to modify the status of the Risk & Issues. Currently, you are unable to do so.
