The Aspen Creek team noticed that the reorganization of widgets in the project Overview tab caused confusion, as it appeared that the project status widget had been removed. It would be beneficial to have the ability to lock or pin the status widget at the top of the Overview page to maintain consistency across projects and avoid confusion.

The recent update to Hive Mail has grouped email attachments, which has impacted the team's workflow. Previously, attaching multiple emails individually to a card provided better visibility. It would be helpful to have an option to revert email attachments back to individual visibility on cards to improve workflow efficiency.

The Aspen Creek team is interested in proactively managing changes within their workspace. They would appreciate additional options such as early access, beta programs, admin-level alerts, or other channels to prepare for changes before they impact production workflows.

As an admin, I find it time-consuming to edit employee timesheets. It would be beneficial if managers could directly edit the timesheets instead of just approving or requesting changes. This would streamline the process and reduce the workload on admins.

I noticed that when Buzz creates a draft email, it removes the original email content, which makes it difficult to see the email thread. It would be beneficial if Buzz could preserve the original email content in the draft, allowing me to see the full conversation without having to discard the draft.

I would like the ability to compare a Word document to a PDF to identify differences between them. This feature would save our editors a lot of time by highlighting changes between document versions.

Request: Allow users to log time on an action card without granting edit access to PM-owned fields such as status, due date, description, and labels. Current limitation: The existing read-only permission blocks time tracking entirely. Why this matters: MDG wants project managers to retain control of a single action card while contributors log time against that same card. Current workaround: Using parent actions and contributor subactions adds structural overhead, fragments reporting, and breaks their single-card workflow. Desired outcome: Introduce a permission option between full edit and read-only, or preserve time entry within read-only permissions.

I have tendonitis, which makes typing difficult. It would be beneficial to have a voice dictation feature in Hive that allows me to dictate text directly into fields instead of typing. This feature would greatly enhance accessibility and ease of use for users with similar conditions.

I have a project board where the background in Table View is grey, and I want it to match the color of other columns, depending on whether someone uses light or dark mode. It would be beneficial to have the ability to customize the background color in Table View to maintain consistency across different projects and modes.

I have encountered a conflict with the ALT+SPACEBAR shortcut, which is used by both Buzz AI and another software I use. It would be beneficial to have the ability to customize the hotkey for Buzz AI to avoid such conflicts and improve workflow efficiency. This feature would allow users to set their preferred shortcuts, enhancing the user experience.
