Feature Requests

I wanted to suggest a little light or icon indicator to display in the listed action for proofing. When working with multiple creators and many actions in the list, we have to open each one to ensure a proof has or has not already been sent. With an icon/indicator, we can see that a proof has been sent and the status of the proof itself. Green for approved, red for changes, yellow for still waiting for approval. It just improves workflow without opening each action in the list.

We have different workspaces for each of our departments, but some of the Resource settings like Placeholders often need to be configured the same across our workspaces. We also have users who are part of multiple department workspaces (particularly IT resources who are often tasked to support multiple project initiatives across different departments), and it would be nice if their profile information in Resources would sync across all workspaces. Alternatively, it would make it less daunting and time consuming if we at least had the ability to export/import settings.

When creating an internal user, the option to add this user to all projects at once is available (select all). This is not the case for external users. Can this option be added?

We currently find the 'approve with changes' option within Proofing and Approvals to be problematic when it comes to getting a definite approval on some documents. To avoid the uncertainty and cut out human error, it would be great if the different approval options could be editable, or at the very least able to toggle them on and off.

View actions in dashboard project list widget - Just like Portfolio View

We utilize external users for our resource scheduling and most are not directly accessing hive. Current we can not update or add name details until they accept... but we have people that will never accept and weren't even notified to be able to accept. Admins need to be able to update user info at any time and that should be able to be included on the original invite.

Currently on the Mobile Hive App only action cards that I am the owner of show up on my project board. Would like the mobile app to show all action cards on my project board like it does in the desktop app or web browser.

Current List View feels so expanded and takes up a lot of space. Can we compact this so it's thinner.

Creation of dashboard Private Views do not retain the individual user’s layout / settings. Currently, if you create a Private View of, say, the dashboard Team view and arrange the team members in a particular order, your Private Team View will change if the team member order is changed in the public view (and vice versa.) The expectation is that a Private View (for any dashboard view option: Team, Status, Table, etc.) would reflect the personal layout / order preferences of that individual user and would not be impacted by any layout changes made in the “public” views. Please adjust this functionality to: 1. Retain or lock down the order of team members in the public Team dashboard view 2. While allowing individual team members an option to customize their own private Team dashboard view to easily find their queue Thanks very much

If the user collapses the left panel, they can't know if they have any unread chat. Can we add a small indication if there is an unread chat?
