The only options are Create New Project, Create New Action, Update Existing Project and is missing Update New Action Card. You want the Form Data to fill in the action card. Not create a Subtask.

Allowing the configuration of the Status for items created by Forms, instead of always assigning it as 'Unstarted'.

Allow us to whitelabel the url and more aspects of the form itself (logo size, background colors, etc)

When a form is submitted, I'd like the "Created by" column to populate with the submitter's email address without them having to sign in to Hive. Many of the people submitting forms do not have Hive accounts.

Currently, the form title is not a H1 tag. It's in <div>: <div font-weight="600" class="sc-hKMtZM bDKPdX form-title" font-size="2">Form</div> Please change this to H1.

Currently character count validation is only available on the single-line input field, and would be helpful to also have available on the text area field.

Right now, the Multi Text question does not submit through the form. Can we just remove this question entirely so it doesn't cause confusion to the users or make it work so it captures all of the information entered?

Add ability to bold, italicize or underline text in the form questions. Currently the option is available for answers only when submitting the form.

In forms, some dates are not able to be selected. Usually weekends and those in the past. Please allow for any date in a form to be selected.

We use a single request form that supports multiple projects. Currently, all submissions are routed to a dedicated Slack channel, and our Operations team manually forwards each request to the appropriate project channel. Ideally, we’d like to enhance this in two ways: Slack Integration: Automatically route each request to the correct project channel using a custom field for the Slack Channel ID. Email Flexibility: Allow the form to send notifications to different recipients based on the categories selected in the form.
