We use a single request form that supports multiple projects. Currently, all submissions are routed to a dedicated Slack channel, and our Operations team manually forwards each request to the appropriate project channel.
Ideally, we’d like to enhance this in two ways:
  1. Slack Integration: Automatically route each request to the correct project channel using a custom field for the Slack Channel ID.
  2. Email Flexibility: Allow the form to send notifications to different recipients based on the categories selected in the form.
