Allow the filtering to be an 'or statement' instead of an 'and statement'.

I would like to see an action card that a team member is working on on, but the project is under another team's umbrella.

Currently the other team's project has to be 'checked' to be able to see the one action card that my team member is working on.

It would be helpful if the filtering would show all action cards associated with either the selected projects OR the selected assignees.
