Provide "And/Or" options for Filtering Labels

Because multiple labels can be applied to action cards, having multiple labels as an indicator is a common workflow for teams. It would be really helpful to be able to choose "return this OR that label", or "return this AND that label"

Our team really needs Boolean logic to be improved. This would help us filter things better and narrow our focus to just what we need. This type of logic would be helpful across the platform. Labels is one of the best places you can understand why it would be needed, but the logic should not be limited to just labels.
Problem - All labels are placed in one field, no matter what the label is.
Example - Say you have Labels for various types of fruit (Apples, Oranges, Bananas) and you also have labels for various locations or states (CA, MA, FL, NH, OR).
If you filter by label and choose "Apples" and "CA" the result will show you all action cards with the Apples label and all action cards with the CA label. this is because the filtering funtions only use the "OR" logic. You are not able to filter and see only action cards with both "Apples" AND "CA".
Another example would be All Oranges except those in FL (NOT functionality). This would show Oranges from CA, MA, NH and OR.
Thank you for considering this. It would be helpful when we are trying to create better summary views, filtering, dashboards, reports and so much more.

It would also be handy to see "NOR" functions.
ie: Return label A but only if Label B is not present.

Boolean search is a lot more effective with more than one operator--especially in large search spaces.

I completely agree. Since there is no representation of an "Epic" my team is hacking around it with labels and we very much need the ability to make an "AND" or "OR" distinguisher

The current filter or OR filter for labels makes it very difficult to find any action cards where you need more than one label. Please consider adding an AND function to filter
