Centralize all templates in one area including Approvals Templates

It would be helpful to have all templates aggregated in one place divided by type by tab (maybe under Templates in Project Navigator)
Also the ability to view, edit, and delete Approval templates.

Yes! We shouldn't have to go to multiple places for templates. Plus, action card templates can be applied to projects, so why even have them separate?
Also, this feature is being requested on another thread as well, and that should be consolidated too.
