Access/edit Project templates from Settings > Templates

Project templates should appear under Settings > Templates along with Action card and Approval templates.

Also, this feature is being requested on another thread as well, and that should be consolidated too.

Yes! We shouldn't have to go to multiple places for templates. Plus, action card templates can be applied to projects, so why even have them separate?
