At creation, Subaction 'Status' not tied to parent action

When subactions are created, the card adopts the parent action's 'Status'. This is not good for data accuracy when the parent action is already 'In progress' and the subaction should be 'Unstarted'

Workaround: The status of a new subaction can be automatically changed to "unstarted" with the help of a very simple Hive Automation recipe.

It is very annoying that we need to reset the status to unstarted for every new subaction.
