At creation of a subaction: Prompt before auto-assigning parent action assignee(s) to new subaction

Please do not auto-assign the parent action assignee(s) to a newly created subaction.
Either add a prompt or - even better - add a project setting, which can be turned on/off.

Ability for new subactions to always be unassigned (rather than inheriting parent action assignee)

Please add a project setting for new subactions to always be unassigned.

This would be a really useful improvement. Currently, when we create a new subaction, it automatically inherits the parent assignee, which can lead to unnecessary notifications and extra steps to manually reassign or unassign it. Having an option to default subactions to "unassigned" would make it easier to build out task details like estimates and due dates first, and only assign them once they’re truly ready. It’s a small change, but it would go a long way in helping reduce noise and streamline our workflow.

Workaround: Any inherited assignees of a new subaction can be automatically removed with the help of a very simple Hive Automation recipe.
Caveat 1: When the action inherits a team assignee, the recipe does not work.
Caveat 2: Original assingee remains follower: https://hiveteams.canny.io/feature-requests/p/option-for-action-assignees-to-not-automatically-become-followers-differentiate
Caveat 3: When you duplicate an action and assign it to multiple people, the assignees will also be changed to unassigned.
