In projects with many actions, kanban views can easily become overwhelming for users.

The filters allow you to only see actions assigned to you. But you cannot filter for actions assigned to you and actions your are following.

The request is inspired by the existing setting "Hide all actions from external users until they are made visible".

The additional setting would be "Hide all actions from all members except assignees and followers". Actions can be made visible to specific users by adding them as a follower.
