"Assign To Subactions" Opt-Out

When you change the assignee of a parent action, Hive prompts you to assign all its subactions to the same person. We've developed our process in such a way that we'd never need to automatically assign all subactions to the same person, but we've had several instances in which someone accidentally selects "Update subactions" and then all the subactions are re-assigned, which has led to a lot of confusion.
Is this dialogue box really needed? Or is there a way to turn it off? This makes it very easy for someone to accidentally mess up the assignees for an entire workstream. It would really helpful if we could disable this feature in an admin setting or something like that.

A setting for whether labels are applied to subactions each time, or not, when applying a label to an action card

When applying a label to an action card, we're asked: "Update subaction labels? Would you like to update all subactions' labels as well?" I would almost
never
like to do this. Can there be an option "No, and don't ask again," or allow individual users the option to either default to adding subaction labels or not, so they aren't asked each time? There can be a setting for this so it can't be changed anytime.M

We really need the global setting for updating statuses and labels, as some of my users on my team didn't read the first pop up they were given, and now when they update the action card status, it does not update the subaction status as well (which it should for our team).

We would also like to be asked if a newly created subaction should have the parent action's label(s):

We assign and reassign a lot of action cards in a day, and it's very cumbersome to have to say "No" every time this prompt comes up. If there was a way to toggle this feature on or off in our settings that would be great.

I've experienced the same issue. It's too easy to accidentally select "Update Subactions" and everything gets reassigned and there's not way to "undo" it. I'd like to have this pop up window removed so that it doesn't come up as an option since there's rarely a case where the subactions would all match the owner of the parent action.

Answering "yes" to this question has caused issues for our teams who rely on labels in the subactions. If someone updates the parent action with a new label and answers "yes" to update all labels, existing labels in the subactions are removed/replaced with the new one from the parent.
The impact: The summary view that relied on a subaction label is now missing its action card and the work is no longer visible.
In this case, saying "yes" before knowing all the subaction labels that could be lost is dangerous.
It would be helpful to show the labels in the subactions that are at risk of being removed before the user decides to override them by an update to the parent action.
