Ability to calculate percent complete of an action

Actions be span over multiple days, so would want to calculate the percentage complete of an action based on the estimated time and the actual time entered for that action

The %complete functionality in hive is really lacking. This is a definite requirement for planning. I would also expect a rollup of all task percentages to summary level and then up to the overall project level within the gantt. (Just as in MSP).

I totally agree! Such a feature would enable PMs to swiftly have a high-level view into the completion of an overall project without the need to dive deeply into the details of the individual actions, especially when - as you have mentioned - some actions may take multiple days to complete.
