Add support for Placeholders to Hive Automate

In Hive Automate today, you cannot apply a template with Placeholders because the Placeholders don't pull through. This would be helpful for teams who are heavily using Placeholders as part of their resource allocation workflow.

Love this idea! Feasibility here is incredible because it'd allow us to start managing this dynamically using the other datapills--this plugs a few holes.
