Feature Requests

We use standardized notes for different project types and it would be helpful if the project templates contained 'templates' for our different types of notes so that these don't have to be added manually each time a project is created.

* The notes are too narrow, it would be great if these were wider * Add the option to have choices in font size so we could use smaller text * It would be great to be able to change the Highlighter colors as you can with text colors. * Let the owner of the Note be able to remove Comments once they are taken care of instead of asking the person who made the comment to jump in and delete them.

Our users are complaining it is very easy to delete more of their notes than they mean to and they are then unable to 'undo' what they have deleted and then have to re-type it (as best they can remember). Very easy to do and VERY frustrating that you cannot undo the last X changes just in case you delete something you didn't mean to do.

Add ability to view Note history, in case of unexpected edits or accidental deletions.

In referring to previous notes, it's important to be able to see them in chronological order to easily scan content/events in the order in which they occurred.

It would be amazing if we could have excel charts work inside of Hive Notes!

Make it quicker and more seamless to add subactions to an action created within a note.

More options like insert row above or below, insert column left or right, border formatting, better resizing functionality, removing scroll-to-view on wider tables would all improve the user experience in Notes
