Better organization system for Hive Notes

It would be helpful if a user could sort, group, and overall manage Hive Note in an easy fashion.
At least on the mobile interface, the notes show which project they correspond to (colorized and project name appears), but on the desktop version, they are just a text list.
Also, allow Admin or Note Owner to transfer the ownership to another user.

I'd like to be able to see my notes by last updated or by title, not just by the date created. I often go back and update notes later, and sometimes I use notes for single topic for a long period of time.

I just noticed that my notes contain entries from my other workspaces... It'd be nice if this were optional. (Maybe it is and I haven't found the button yet.)

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think we are able to create subfolders.
So the two requests:
Notes sub folders (from Caitlin Luedke) and
Ability to Create folders for Notes (from Rachel Johnson)
should be unmerged.
They should instead be merged with this new request:
