Feature Requests

Currently, I can open multiple tabs, but if I close the application, I have to manually open them all again each time I log back into Hive. So I would like to be able to pin them or set them so that those tabs always open automatically next to the desktop app.

Would like greater customization over what is present in my sidebar. The default size of the sidebar is also quite narrow, making not a lot of space for the length of titles and values based on their text size. Recommending that the sidebar gets a thorough UX review and adopts a more modern UI with greater flexibility, including (but not limited to) the following changes: Remove the lines between sections Improve the way sections are resized. One section getting larger shrinking another section is not ideal Improve the information hierarchy - there is a lot on the sidebar and it's easy to lose track of things Use a 'show more' instead of making all the sections of the sidebar eternally scrollable Explore less iconography and smaller text Increase the default size of the sidebar or allow a different default to be chose Allow full sections of the sidebar to be rearranged Allow sections and all rows to be added and removed, allowing me to tailor this to my needs Let me remove the "Projects" section from the sidebar

It would be helpful for admins to be able to quickly toggle public access on/off for projects within Project Navigator. Possible methods might be: adding a "public access" column with checkboxes or toggles allowing admins to select multiple projects and make access changes from the menu bar. allowing adjustment of public access settings from Manage Project Members

It would be lovely be able to set a Parent Project view that lists only the child project titles vs. all of the actions. For example, in Status View, I'd like to be able to open a Parent Project and see each sub-project as its own "card" but not see any Action Cards. I'd like to only see the titles of projects under a parent project (less cluttered) and to click through to the child project to see its associated actions.

In many chart-building features in Hive, there is no ability to select or deselect all leaving users to manually need to select each item.

The majority of people are right handed, their mouse is on the right, it would be more efficient to have an option for the navigation pane to be on the right or left hand side on the active window.

The ability to add other apps/URLs to the left side navigation pane, for example, such as QuickBooks, often used Drive folders, etc.

We use parent/child structure for clients/projects. it would be great to have a +/- at the top of the Navigator to easily expand to see all child projects, or to collapse all, instead of one-by-one.

Right now there are tabs for Active Projects, My Projects (ones I am a member of), Archived Projects, Summary Views, and Templates. Right now we use a portfolio view to show projects owned by an individual but with how unreliable the portfolio views have become, it would be nice to have this tab in project navigator
