Feature Requests

It's difficult for teams to plan their workload since approvals for review are only visible when you submit the request. It would be ideal if approvals could be visible.

Be able to filter to remove completed rounds to have a better snapshot of what is active. Additionally, it would be great to download this file as Excel, to keep the conditional formatting, if it isn't possible to add the filter.

I would love the ability to customize the email message when sending out a proof for review/approval. I work as a project manager in a centralized university marketing department and we do a lot of one-off projects, where the clients may have no idea what Hive is or what the expectation is for proofing is (number of revisions, etc.). Ability to set a default approval template so that every new round of approval on an action card automatically uses the selected template, without needing to manually apply it each time and without pre-filling every action card with all possible rounds.

I’d like to request an option to remove or hide the “Stages” feature in the Proofing & Approvals app.

We would like the ability to see how many times a due date was changed on an action by action basis.

I am looking to see how many items I've reviewed in a given time period. Right now, the tool only allows me to export every item that has been reviewed for all time. I would like to ask for the ability to filter approvals by date ranges and by assignees (on top of projects). This feature already exists when exporting Summary Views -- it would be massively helpful for exporting Approval Reports too. Thank you, Jay
