I would love the ability to customize the email message when sending out a proof for review/approval. I work as a project manager in a centralized university marketing department and we do a lot of one-off projects, where the clients may have no idea what Hive is or what the expectation is for proofing is (number of revisions, etc.). This would be an ideal place to add this information.
