You Took Away Draft Mode @ Creation

You took away the ability to select draft mode at project creation. Now, when we create new projects from a template, every team member is notified when we create the project, before we have a chance to throw it in draft mode. Please give us back the checkbox to create the new project in draft mode, to prevent notifications until we are ready to have teams start working the project. Thanks

I have also opened up a similar request to bring back advance setting when creating a new project. We use templates that need tailoring to each project at creation. We use the advanced setting and draft mode to complete this before the project kicks off to the wider team.
