Wrap text in portfolio view for more that one column at a time. Also improve wrapping so that words are not cut off.

Remove the scroll bars when we wrap the cell/column in the portfoio view. Have the ability to wrap the text and take the size of the text.

With more recent updates, the column titles are illegible unless the column size is adjusted to a ridiculous width. Milestone column titles show with text rotated 90 degrees. Having ALL column titles do this (and wrap text) will make portfolio views much easier to use!
