We need a way to see if a resource is booked over their allocation. Currently we can see if they are booked for more than 40 hours in a week but we need to be able to see if they are overbooked in terms of their allocation for a specific project. Resources are assigned to multiple projects. We are entering allocation at the project level so should be able to tie the total task estimates per project to the allocation for a given week. Seeing that they are over allocation in timesheet reporting is too late. We need to be able to get ahead of it and don't currently have any visibility into the hours we are assigning compared to allocation.
