We would like to be able to add or reassign people who can log into the "My Submissions" page ( https://forms.hive.com/my-submissions ) to better collaborate with requestors who submit via a form. We have found there are a number of times where the person who submits the request is not the main person we need to be engaging with and also not the person who would like to follow up on the request progress.

Scenario 1

Joe has an assistant. The assistant submits a request on Joe's behalf (this is very common for us). We have a field where the assistant can indicate that Joe will be the primary contact for feedback and information. However, the platform collects the Assistant's email address as the submitter. The assistant can go to the portal and receive messages, but what about Joe?

Scenario 2

Jane submits a request. While we are working on it, she announces she is leaving the company and Margaret will be taking over managing this request. How does Margaret see the submitted requests?

Ideally, this would be as simple as Adding/Removing people just as we do when adding a Follower to an action card. We would even be okay with a limit on the number of people.

This will greatly improve engagement with our requestors as well as communication to help work progress.
