Currently, if you are following an action card and its subactions, and you want to unfollow everything, you can easily unfollow the action card, and Hive will prompt you "Would you like to unfollow all subactions as well?" so that you can remove yourself as a follower from the subactions as well in one fell swoop.
However, I am a project manager who assigns others to action cards and their subactions (which Hive will automatically have them follow once they are assigned). If I change my mind as to who should be assigned to a particular action card, I cannot easily remove that person from following all the subactions, as the prompt noted above does not appear for anyone but yourself. I need to go into each subaction and remove them as a follower so that they do not get notifications for action cards/subactions that they are no longer assigned to. It would be useful if a project owner or admin can choose to receive the prompt for all users instead of just themselves.
I would not give this setting/feature to all users, as some of these types of settings (such as "apply status to all sub-actions as well") users will just click through without reading and then it causes issues for the project owners/admins when they did not set the setting correctly and theres no way for admins/owners to change it for the users.
