Simplify the setup of a new Action by implementing markdown syntax. This would allow users to style all content as they type, similar to other industry programs. This update would apply markdown formatting in both the Action description & the Action comments.

This feature is separate from the use of the RTF box present in the Action description. Highlighting & selecting the format is a very manual process. In its current state, the keyboard shortcuts do not consistently implement the formatting, and the formatting options are limited.
