Time-Tracking section in the action card should show all team members as well if the card is assigned to a team

Currently, if the card is assigned to multiple assignees , Time Tracking section shows all users assigned to a card, but if the card is assigned to a team, the user list is not shown. Team members will be shown only if they add tracked time on the card.
