When an employee is terminated and we remove them from HIVE, all their emails disappear from action cards. This cannot happen! We lose a lot of information. We need to get this fixed.

Hi Reanette Fillmer Etzler, maybe you would like to consider changing the title so that it better reflects that the request is about keeping terminated employees' emails (and therefore easier to find for other users who may have the same request)?
