Tasks assigned to a Department of which I am a member do not appear in "My Actions"

The natural behavior would be for this task list to show tasks assigned to me individually, together with tasks assigned to the department of which I am a member (e.g. Marketing). I almost consider it a bug, rather than an improvement!

I agree. It creates the need for excessive oversight of Hive activities. I can't tell when my task is ready for me. I have to watch the entire gamut of activities instead. It's not efficient at all.
