I need to be able to quickly retrieve categorized INDIVIDUAL emails, based on reference emails, or task emails.

This request would be the option to not have emails threaded when viewing the email in Hive Mail, as some users do not view their email this way.

Yes! I run into this issue - Someone will reply to a thread with a new task, but I can't assign it to a new action since an email earlier in the thread is already tied to one. Need emails to not be threaded.
