## What happened
ANB Bank has infrequent internal approvers who must open Hive and sign in before approving. Approval emails include a link but no approve or reject controls, which creates delays and user errors.
## Requested Outcome
Allow authorized recipients to securely approve or reject directly from internal approval emails while preserving approver identity and audit history.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Authorized recipients can approve or reject from the email flow.
- The flow protects against forwarded links, token reuse, scanners, and concurrent actions.
- Audit history records the verified approver identity and decision.
